We recently closed our first public stock offering where we sold out all $7,500,000 of available stock to thousands of patriotic Americans who love great American beer and who want to help us employ Veterans and their family members across the country. We started our first offering to buy our own brewing facility and taproom (which we did!) and to expand our brand into new states (which we did and continue to do!). Soon, we plan to start a new public stock offering so our early stage company can continue to grow across the fruited plain. We won’t be satisfied until every American can get our beer in all 50 states, and we hope thousands more of you will join our 8,500+ investor family when we start the new offering.
Want the details on our soon-to-open brewery and taproom? Here they are:
When it opens in a few weeks, our brewery will have a 22,000 barrel brewhouse – enough to service much of the Eastern Seaboard. It’s expandable to 30,000 barrels which would put us close to brewing 500,000 cases of beer per year. It will have a 7 barrel tank for us to make limited edition and specialty beers – including some just for our shareholder family. It will have a canning line, which allows us to can, label and package millions of cans of Armed Forces Brewing Company beer per year.
