Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT DOES NOT AND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, IN PUERTO RICO, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. DETAILS OF THE PRIZES AND HOW TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY ARE CONTAINED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

Eligibility. The “TALLADEGA TICKET GIVEAWAY” (the “Giveaway”) is open only to
holders of Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc. stock or those who have applied to become
holders of Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc. stock and paid for said stock (collectively
“Shareholders”) on or before midnight, Eastern on April 7, 2024. Shareholders must be at least
21 years of age at the time of entry. The following are not eligible for the Giveaway: Employees
of Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc. and/or any company or any individual involved with
the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Giveaway, and their immediate family
members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, and children living in the same household).
Employees includes officers and directors. Proof of legal United States residency, age, and
eligibility verification may be required.

Agreement to Rules. By entering this Giveaway, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and
all decisions by Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc. related to this Giveaway, which are fully
and unconditionally binding in all respects. You represent and warrant that you are eligible to
participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to
accept the decisions of Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc. as final and binding as it relates to
the content of this Sweepstakes.

Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern on March 25th, 2024 and
officially ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern on April 7, 2024 (“Entry Period”).
Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc.. The sponsor of the Giveaway is Armed Forces
Brewing Company, Inc., 211 W 24th St, Norfolk, VA 23517.

How to Enter the Giveaway. Go to www.OwnArmedForcesBrewingCo.com/talladega and fill
out the entry form online to provide us with your name as it appears on your shareholdings or
application, email address and daytime telephone number. All entrants (“Entrants”) are subject
to verification of eligibility before a prize can be awarded. You must be a Shareholder as defined
above to enter the giveaway. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, Armed
Forces Brewing Company, Inc.’s business records will be relied upon to determine the identity of
the Entrant and to resolve such a dispute. All entries become property of Armed Forces Brewing
Company, Inc. and none will be acknowledged or returned.

Limitations: Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) prize per
person for the Entry Period.

Disqualification. Each Entrant represents and warrants that his/her entry conforms to these
Official Rules and understands that Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc., in its sole discretion,
may disqualify the entry for any reason, including if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the
entry fails to conform to these Official Rules in any way. Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc.
in no way promotes illegal acts, and any and all entries which include or promote illegal acts will
be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means
which subverts the entry process are void. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the
allowed number of entries per person by using multiple/different email addresses, identities,
registrations, logins, and/or any other methods will void any entry by that Entrant and could
result in disqualification from this Giveaway and/or disqualification from all future Giveaways
by the Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc. and at Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc.’s
sole discretion.

Prize Drawing and Odds of Winning: There will be 5 Winner(s) (“Winners”) of the Giveaway
for the Entry Period. The decisions of Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc., including the
selection of Winners, are final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaway. Odds of
winning depend on the total number of Entries during the Entry Period. Winner will be
determined by random drawing on April 7, 2024.

Prize. Winner will receive two (2) tickets to Talladega Raceway for The Talladega 500 (the
“Prize”). The total value of the Prize is $300 USD, the actual/appraised prize value may differ at
the time the prize is awarded. Winners are solely and fully responsible for any and all applicable
federal, state, city, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) on the value of the
Prize. All travel expenses or expenses of any kind to attend the race at Talladega or any event
associated with the race or as part of the Prize shall be born solely by each Winner and ArmedForces Brewing Company, Inc. shall not be responsible for any such expenses. The prize is non- transferable and the Winners shall not transfer assignment of the prize to others, nor shall the Winners request the cash equivalent or prize substitution.

The Prize is awarded “As Is”. Neither Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc. nor any of its
affiliates make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without
limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this
Giveaway or any Prize. Should the race at Talladega or any event associated with the race or as
part of the Prize be cancelled, rescheduled or otherwise affected for any reason which results in a
Winner being unable to attend any event or a Winner to suffer any pecuniary loss as a result of
travel or other expenses incurred, or any other losses or damages of any kind, such losses and/or
damages shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner suffering such loss or damage and Armed
Forces Brewing Company, Inc. shall bear no financial or other responsibility for such loss or
damage whatsoever. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of
equal value may be substituted at Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc.’s sole discretion. The
Prize consists only of the items listed, are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, with no cash
redemption or substitution except that Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc. retains the right tosubstitute a prize of equal or greater retail value. All costs and expenses associated with Prizeacceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, related to the Prize, including but notlimited to, any taxes and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winners.

All Prize details not covered by these Rules are at the Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc.’s
sole discretion. By entering the Giveaway and/or accepting the Prize you may win, Winners
agrees that he or she has all rights, permissions and consents necessary to grant the rights to the
Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc. as expressed herein and will abide by and be bound by
the Official Rules and the Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc.’s decisions.
Odds. The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
Winner Notification and Verification: Winner will be notified by email address by the Armed
Forces Brewing Company, Inc. on or after April 8, 2024. Awarding of a prize is subject to
verification of a potential Winners’ eligibility and full compliance with these Official Rules, in
the sole discretion of the Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc.. To claim a Prize, Armed Forces
Brewing Company, Inc. may require Winners to complete, sign, and return Affidavit of
Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Release forms, and other applicable documents, if
necessary, which may require a social security number, postmarked within five (5) days of the
date on the notification. At Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc.’s discretion, Winners may be
required to produce photo ID or some other form of proper identification to claim any Prize.
If a potential Winner cannot be contacted, is disqualified, fails to timely execute and return any
required forms, or if the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate Winner will
be selected by random drawing from all remaining eligible entries. If by reason or printing or
other error, more Prizes are claimed than the number of Prizes set forth in these Official Rules, a
random drawing will be held to award the advertised number of Prizes in the relevant
category. Under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of Prizes be awarded
Agreement to Official Rules. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes Entrant’s full and
unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and Armed Forces Brewing
Company, Inc.’s Privacy Policy at www.OwnArmedForcesBrewingCo.com and to be contacted
by telephone and/or email. Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc. reserves any and all rights to
solely interpret and administer these Official Rules which shall be final and each Entrant agrees
to abide by all Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc. decisions regarding this Giveaway. In the
event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official
Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Giveaway-related materials, the terms
and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS: By participating in this
Giveaway, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc.,
and their subsidiaries, affiliates, attorneys, and advertising/promotion agencies and such
companies’ officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against
any claim or cause of action and any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from,
this Giveaway or acceptance, possession, receipt or use/misuse of the Prize. As a condition to
entering the Giveaway, each Entrant agrees that: under no circumstances will the Entrants or Winner be permitted to obtain any award for, and the Entrants and Winner herebywaive all rights to any claim(s), punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages whatsoever, including attorneys’ fees. All causes of action will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. In no event will any Entrant or Winner be entitled to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable remedy.

The Released Parties assume no responsibility for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete or
misdirected entries, or for any error, human, technical or otherwise, which may occur in the
processing of Giveaway entries, administration of the Giveaway or the announcement of the
Prize/Winners including, without limitation, any technical malfunction of any telephone network
or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of
any e-mail or entry received by Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc. on account of technical
problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, including
www.OwnArmedForcesBrewingCo.com any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any
injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from
participation or downloading any materials in the Giveaway.

The Released Parties shall not be responsible for Acts of God, government or government
agency action or inaction, acts of terrorism, civil unrest or disturbances, riots, work stoppage
delays, postponements, inclement weather, rescheduling or any other natural disasters outside its
respective control.

Disputes. Entrants and Winners agree that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out
of or connected with this Giveaway and the Prizes awarded shall be resolved solely by Armed
Forces Brewing Company, Inc., shall be final and binding, and without resort to any form of
class action.

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Virginia, excluding
conflicts of laws principles. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants in
the Giveaway hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Virginia courts (state and
federal) in Norfolk, Virginia for any causes or controversies arising out of the Giveaway. Winner
waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts.

Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, Winners grant to Armed
Forces Brewing Company, Inc. and their respective marketing or advertising agencies the right
to use and publish Winners’ photo, image, name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical
information, video image and audio, and/or other indicia of persona and city and state of
residence in any media to promote the Giveaway or similar Giveaway or contests without
additional compensation.

Use of Data. Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc. may be collecting personal data about
Entrants including, without limitation, complete name, zip code, email address, and daytime
phone number (including area code) of the Entrants and/or Winners. Armed Forces Brewing
Company, Inc. are entitled to use personal data contained in all entries in accordance with the
Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc.’s privacy policy. By participating in the Giveaway,Entrants hereby agree to all personal information uses and disclaimers as explained in ArmedForces Brewing Company, Inc.’s Privacy Policy located at www.OwnArmedForcesBrewingCo.com. Please click on the provided link to read and review our Privacy Policy here. Each Entrant agrees that Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc., or its designee, has the right to contact Entrant by telephone, email or regular mail. Entrant may opt-out of receiving future communications as set forth in Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc.’s Privacy Policy or as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc.’s emails).

General Conditions. Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or
modify the Giveaway for any reason, including, but not limited to, if fraud or any other factor
impairs the integrity of the Giveaway or Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc.’s ability to
award Prize as determined by Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc. in its sole discretion. If, in
Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc.’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of
electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Giveaway, or if technical
difficulties compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc.
reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any entries at issue (including disqualifying any
individual who tampers or otherwise interferes with the entry process or the integrity of the
Giveaway), and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway, in whole or in part, at any
time without notice. In the event of such cancellation, Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc.
reserves the right to award Prize(s) in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before
the time of cancellation.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY
WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY
BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN
ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE ARMED FORCES BREWING COMPANY, INC. RESERVES
THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. ARMED FORCES BREWING COMPANY, INC. ALSO
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT.

Armed Forces Brewing Company, Inc.’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall
not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

Who Won. Giveaway results and copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by sending an
email to [email protected]. Requests for results must be received
by April 30, 2024. The requested list will be sent when the drawing has been conducted and the
winners verified.
